Homemade Granola

This is our favorite recipe for granola— homemade with TREE HIVE® Syrup as the sweetener. Our kids love this topped over yogurt and berries in their lunch!

2 1/2 c old fashioned rolled oats

1 c slivered or chopped raw almonds

1/2 c raw sunflower seeds

1/2 unsweetened shredded coconut

1/2 t cinnamon

1/2 c TREE HIVE® Syrup

1/4 c coconut oil (melted)

1 T vanilla

Mix all dry ingredients (through cinnamon) together in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix TREE HIVE® Syrup, vanilla and oil and whisk thoroughly. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix together. Set a sheet of parchment paper over a baking sheet and pour granola on top. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
